IBPS Eligibility Criteria 2017 – Clerk , PO, SO & RRB

Institute of Banking Personnel Section (IBPS) is going to conduct examinations for the different post in various public-sector banks and also Regional rural banks.

IBPS has set some guidelines for the candidates who are interested in applying for the exam.

Candidates Should insure that they full fill the eligibility criteria mentioned by IBPS like- Nationality, Age, Qualification and other important conditions. 

IBPS Clerk Eligibility 2017:

Before applying, candidates should check the eligibility criteria like education qualification, nationality, age for the post of clerk 2017.

Nationality:

Candidate must be full fill the following conditions;

• A Citizen of INDIA
• Subject of NEPAL or BHUTAN
• Tibetan refugee who came India with the intention of permanently settle before 1 January 1962
• Person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Ethiopia, Zaire, Ethiopia with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Education Qualification: 

Minimum qualification to apply in IBPS PO is a degree(Graduation) in any discipline from a recognised university or any equivalent qualification.

Age: 

The age of the candidate who is going to apply should be between 20 to 30 years.  

Age Relaxation for Upper age limit:

Widows, Divorced women and women those legally separated from their husbands but not yet married again	9 years
Persons ordinarily domiciled in state of Jammu & Kashmir during 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989	5 years
Regular employees of Union Carbide factory, BHOPAL retrenched from service (only for MP state)	5 years

IBPS PO (Probationary Officer) Eligibility 2017

The candidates should full fill all the conditions made by IBPS for the post of PO

Candidates should check the eligibility criteria like age, nationality, education qualification and other important conditions.

Nationality: 

Candidate must be full fill the following conditions-

IBPS SO (Specialist Officer) Eligibility 2017

Candidates applying for the recruitment process for SO must keep in mind the criteria for the eligibility in age, education qualification and nationality.

Age limit:

Age limit for all the candidates who are going to apply for Specialist Officers is between 20 to 30 years.

Education Eligibility for all SO Officers:

IT Officers:-

Four-year degree or PG in Computer science/Computer Applications/Information technology/Electronics/Electronics and tally communications/Electronics and communications/Electronics and instrumentation.

Rajbhasha Adhikari Officers:

PG in Hindi with English as a Subject at degree level or PG in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subject at degree level.

Agriculture field Officer

Graduation or PG degree in Agriculture/Animal Husbandry/Horticulture/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Agriculture Engineering/Agro- forestry/ Co-operation & Banking/pisciculture/fishery science.

Law Officers

A Bachelor degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with bar council.

HR/Personnel Officer

PG in HR management/industrial relations/HR/HRD/Social work and Labour law.

Marketing Officer

MBA in Marketing/MMS marketing/PGDBA/PGDBM with Specialization in marketing.

IBPS RRB Eligibility Criteria 2017

All the candidates who are going to apply for IBPS RRB Examination 2017 are required to check their eligibility properly for the different posts.

Nationality:

• Citizen of India.
•  Citizen of NEPAL or BHUTAN
•  Tibetan refugee
• migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Ethiopia, Zaire, Ethiopia with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Education qualification:

IBPS RRB declared education qualification according to the different post which are as given below: 

Office Assistant(Multipurpose)

Minimum qualification to apply in IBPS RRB Office Assistant is a degree(Graduation) in any discipline from a recognised university. Candidate should be proficient in local language. Candidate who has knowledge about computer will be preferred.

Officer scale I

Minimum qualification to apply in IBPS RRB Office Assistant is a degree(Graduation) in any discipline from a recognised university. Candidate should be proficient in local language. Candidate who has knowledge about computer will be preferred.

Officer(General banking Officer)

Minimum qualification to apply in IBPS RRB Office Assistant is a degree(Graduation) in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50%

Experience-  Two year experience as an officer in any bank or in any financial institution.

 Officer (Specialist Officer)

Degree in Computer science/Computer Applications/Information technology/Electronics/Communication or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50%. A certificate is also necessary in ASP, PHP, C++, JAVA, VP, VC, OCP.

CA Candidate must be a certificate associated from institute any charted accounted.

Experience- one year in any bank as an officer or in financial institution.

Law Officer Candidate must have degree frm any recognized university with a minimum aggregate 50%

Experience- two year in any bank as an officer or in financial institution.

Or two years as an advocate

Treasury Manager Candidate must be a CA from charted accounted in India or MBA in finance.

Experience- one year in any bank as an officer or in financial institution.

Marketing Officer Candidate must be a MBA in marketing from any recognized university.

Experience- one year in any bank as an officer or in financial institution.
